Western Intercollegiate

April 13-15, 2026 at Pasatiempo Golf Club

One of the longest-running championships in collegiate golf, the Western Intercollegiate attracts talented players from top colleges and universities, all eager to compete for the coveted team trophy and Blue Jacket, which goes to the individual champion. Starting with the first tournament in 1947, the Western Intercollegiate has featured a highly competitive field with many standout student-athletes who went on to success in the PGA Tour and in the golf industry. The 79th Western Intercollegiate is hosted by the San José State Spartans, and is presented by Titleist on Golf Channel.

Once again, the Western Intercollegiate will be broadcast live on the Golf Channel, and we appreciate your help in producing an event worthy of their TV audience. Volunteers are truly the heart of any successful event, so we’re grateful to have you join us!

NOTE: If you can't find an available spot, we invite you to add your name to the waitlist for the shift(s) that interest you most. We try to find space for all interested volunteers as best we can, and especially appreciate the extra help when last-minute cancellations come in, or volunteers ask to change schedules. Folks on the waitlist have first dibs to claim any openings that pop up.
