Volunteers for this role will assist with event operations in and around the golf course, either in the morning or afternoon shift. On the day(s) you volunteer, we will cover your lunch at the Grill, and provide you with snacks and water at check-in.
Depending on our needs on-site, you may be asked to:
- assist the Event Operations team with parking,
- act as Ambassador/Greeter at the main entrance to Pasatiempo,
- help with setup and/or takedown,
- restock supplies or serve as a runner, or
- assist in the clubhouse.
The key criteria for this role are flexibility and communication skills. Volunteers in this role could cover a lot of ground, so please plan accordingly -- wear comfortable shoes, dress in layers, and be prepared to take your refreshments with you!
Please arrive early enough to account for parking, training, and setting up. Everyone on site must comply with the tournament's health guidelines, which are subject to change. We will update you with the latest information as we get closer to the event.
